THE INVERTED AEROPRESS METHOD

WHAT YOU NEED:

AEROPRESS PAPER FILTER
SCALE
TIMER KETTLE
FRESHLY ROASTED ARTILLERY COFFEE

Dose:19g – 160ml Water
Grind: Medium Coarse, slightly finer than coarse salt.

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Invert Aeropress, pour warm water inside to heat silicone, and prepare your Aeropress.
  2. 3:1 Pre-infuse 60g of water and allow to bloom for 30seconds
  3. Pour remaining water in slowly and stir gently to saturate grinds.
  4. After 2:15seconds fit filter(ensure filter has been previously rinsed) and begin to plunge. plunge should be completed at 2:45.
  5. Add 150ml water and garnish appropriately.

POUROVER

WHAT YOU NEED:

Hario V60 brewer
Hario V60 filter
Grinder
Scale
Timer
Mug

Dose: 21g – 350ml water.
Grind: Medium – Kosher salt.

WHAT TO DO:

1. Fold and rinse your filter.
2. Add Grinds to brewer, and saturate with water until grinds are covered. Allow to bloom for 15seconds.
3.Pour continuously, adding water every 10 seconds until you reach 350g of water.
4. Once you reach 3minutes remove brewer and pour coffee into mug.

NANOPRESSO

WHAT YOU NEED:

1. Wacaco Nanopresso with Barista Kit

Dose: 15g – 100ml water
Grind: Fine – Espresso

WHAT TO DO:

1. Add 15g of coffee to nanopresso pod. Tamp as tightly as possible.
2. Pour 100ml of water into a water container.
3. Seal unit and begin to extract espresso.
4. Enjoy as an espresso, americano, or add textured milk for a flat white.
